Strong welds. Delivered to you.
High-strength welding brought to your job site or shop — structural steel, trailers, attachments and custom fabrication.
Everything happens where the machine already is — in the pit, in the yard or at the plant. Nothing gets loaded, nothing gets hauled, and nothing waits in somebody else’s shop queue.
- Structural steel repair and reinforcement
- Trailer frames, gates and hitch repairs
- Bucket and attachment welding
- Crack repair on heavy equipment
- Custom fabrication and modifications
- Wear plate and hard-facing applications

Plate BThe work that comes through most.
Structural steel
Beams, columns, mounts and brackets repaired or reinforced in place, to a standard that holds under load and vibration.
Trailer work
Frames, cross-members, gates, ramps, hitches and couplers — the parts that take the abuse and fail at the worst moment.
Hard-facing & wear plate
Wear surfaces built up and plated so buckets, chutes and liners last through abrasive material instead of thinning out.
Crack repair
Found, stopped, prepped and welded properly — drilled, veed and filled, not simply covered with a bead.
Custom fabrication
Brackets, guards, frames, racks and one-off parts made to fit the machine you actually have, not the one in the catalogue.
On-site, under power
The truck brings its own welder and power, so there is nothing to plug into and nothing to haul anywhere.
Why crews call Atlas
Your machine stays put
Hauling a dozer to a shop costs a day and a lowboy. We work where it broke, so the only thing that moves is the repair.
Repairs built for the field
A weld that looks good in a clean shop still has to survive dirt, load and vibration. Ours are specified for the second one.
One crew, the whole machine
Welding, hydraulics and mechanical under one number — no coordinating three trades around one breakdown.
You talk to the owner
No dispatcher, no call centre. The person who answers the phone is the person running the bead.
How a call becomes a fix
No mystery, no runaround — four steps from the phone ringing to your crew moving again.
- 01
Call or text
Tell us the machine, the symptom and where it sits. You talk to the person who will do the work.
- 02
We roll out
The service truck arrives loaded for the job — welder, torch, hydraulics and the steel to back it up.
- 03
Fixed on site
Diagnosed and repaired where it stands, built to hold up in real working conditions.
- 04
Back to work
You get a clear account of what was done and what to watch — then your crew keeps moving.
Jobs like yours.

Questions worth asking before you book anyone
Still not sure? Call (270) 315-3181 and ask. You will get the person doing the work, not a call centre.
No. The truck carries its own welding plant and power. All we need is access to the piece and somewhere safe to set up.
Mild and structural steel is the bulk of the work, along with the wear and abrasion-resistant plate used on buckets, liners and chutes. Tell us the part and we will tell you straight whether it is in scope.
Yes — brackets, guards, frames, racks, gates and one-off parts get made to fit the machine in front of us. A photo, a measurement and a description is usually enough to start.
The weld is only as good as the preparation, and preparation is something we control on site as well as in a shop. Joints get cleaned, prepped and welded properly, then dressed back.
